A little about me…
I have a doctorate in psychology from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s in engineering from Harvard. I’ve been an organizational consultant for over 20 years after working as an electrical engineer in Silicon Valley for 8 years. I created my company, Flexible Work Solutions, Inc., in 2005 to help companies assess and develop leadership skills, and my passion is working with technical leaders. You may have heard of my podcast called Reinventing Nerds. I’m currently writing a book to be published by the American Psychological Association (APA) in 2021 called Consulting to Technical Leaders: Transforming Technical Experts to Managers and Leaders.
