Parenting Services help parents teach their kids how to be independent and resilient to one day succeed at work and life on their own. Programs focus on the REAL Life model to help kids be Resilient Empowered Authentic and Limber. Parents strengthen  communication skills, listening, conflict management, and emotional control to build  more open and trusting relationships with their children.

Parent Coaching

Do you prefer talking live to a coach or working independently with an online coaching tool and checking in via email?  We do both.

Online Coaching Tools

If  you’d  rather work  independently, you can use our online tool to complete independent activities online and in real life, get feedback and insights from people you add to your coaching network, and stay accountable with one of our accountability coaches.   Contact us to take a tour of the virtual coaching tool or sign up directly here.

Parent Groups

If you’d like to join one of our parenting groups, contact us.  We have local groups in San Diego and virtual groups that meet by phone and web conference.

Workshops

We conduct workshops that focus on different aspects of the REAL Life model.  Workshops may be for parents or parents and children.  Contact us to learn about upcoming open enrollment workshops and for custom workshops for your parent group, school, workplace, or community.
